Physical Therapist Outpatient Specialist

Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in an outpatient setting. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering high-quality care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and strategies for optimal recovery.
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
