The Registered Nurse (RN) in our Surgical Transplant PCU Training Program will provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients undergoing transplant surgery. This position requires a high level of technical skill and expertise in critical care nursing.

  • Provide individualized patient care based on assessment of physical and emotional needs.">">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.">">
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.">">
  • Participate in ongoing education and training programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.">">
  • Supports the hospital's vision, mission, and values by demonstrating behaviors that contribute to a positive work environment, effective teamwork, and excellent customer service.">

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

  • ">">
  • A valid Florida RN license or multistate compact license.">">
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.">">
  • A minimum of 6 months of recent Medsurg or Medtele RN experience.">">
  • EKG competency testing.">
