Nurse Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Havasu Regional Medical Center. As a critical care professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.
About the Role
As a Patient Care Innovator, you will utilize your specialized skills and knowledge to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring, central line management, and ventilator management
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and well-being
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
- Current state RN license and bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school
- Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License or Compact State Registered Nurse (RN) required on hire
- Basic Life Support Certification is required on hire
- ACLS required upon hire, BLS is not required if employee has current ACLS
- TNCC Certification within 6 months of hire
- 1 year ICU experience preferred
