Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team for a 26-week assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the administration of radioactive materials and the operation of nuclear medicine equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer radioactive materials to patients for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
- Operate nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and scanners, to produce high-quality images
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- ARRT(N)/NMTCB/BCLS/BLS certification
- Previous experience in nuclear medicine or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
