We are in search of a highly qualified Senior Technical Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience to supervise and direct the comprehensive conversion of legacy reports to Oracle OBIEE/OAS and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the report conversion initiative from a legacy business intelligence framework to Oracle OAS/OBIEE and Tableau.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including report developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and ensure project success.
  • Identify potential project risks and issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize impact on project timelines.
  • Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout the conversion process.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Guide and mentor project team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management and business intelligence.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience.
  • 7+ years of project management experience, particularly in technical projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience in federal consulting.
  • Extensive background with reporting systems.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex technical projects, especially in data and business intelligence.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Possession of a U.S. Government Public Trust or the capability to obtain one.
