Job Title: Lead Angular Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Angular Developer to join our team at Datafielder Inc. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development and optimization of our front-end architecture, with a focus on Angular-based micro-applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of frontend architecture with a preference for Angular 1
  • Mentor and support the team in understanding and getting up to speed with the application, ensuring knowledge transfer and efficient learning curves.
  • Architect and design high-quality frontend UI micro-applications, ensuring they meet our rigorous standards for scalability, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Integrate frontend components with Java/Microservices backends, enhancing the application's overall functionality and user experience.
  • Independently manage complex technical tasks within the project's ecosystem, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain REST and SOAP Web Services, contributing to the application's robustness and interoperability.
  • Oversee and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ensuring smooth and continuous integration and deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, utilizing logs and monitoring tools to maintain optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the team and clients, providing regular updates, insights, and solutions to ensure project alignment and success.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating a strong track record in frontend development and team leadership.
  • Proficient in Angular (Version 13+), with a strong preference for candidates experienced in Angular 1
  • At least 5 years of experience in architecting and designing frontend UI micro-applications, showcasing expertise in creating scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
  • Knowledge of Java/Microservice integration, adding significant value to the integration and optimization of frontend and backend systems.
  • Ability to work independently in complex technical environments, demonstrating problem-solving skills and technical proficiency.
  • Experienced in developing REST and SOAP Web Services, contributing to the application's connectivity and functionality.
  • Skilled in creating and maintaining CI/CD builds using Jenkins, ensuring streamlined development and deployment processes.
  • Competent in troubleshooting application issues through effective monitoring and log analysis, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and clients, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and project success.
