Outpatient Counselor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outpatient Counselor to join our team at Family Resource Center. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will provide assessment and treatment services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their primary caregivers.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, maintaining a strengths-based approach to support clients' dignity and personal growth.
- Engage in consultative relationships with other agencies and programs to ensure adequate client care and promote the coordination of mental health services.
- Complete referrals to other agency programs or external service providers as deemed clinically appropriate.
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with LSW or Master's Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counseling with LSW/LPC or higher.
- Ability to obtain an Ohio driver's license, maintain auto insurance, and earn CPR/First Aid certification.
- Background check and fingerprinting required.
