Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Truck Parts Installation Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing aftermarket parts and accessories for the heavy duty trucking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install bumpers, tool boxes, exhaust kits, fenders, seats, lights, and other aftermarket parts on heavy duty trucks
  • Work in a shop setting, utilizing various tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of projects and maintain a safe working environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in collision repair or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of tools and equipment, with the ability to learn new systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license, ability to pass background check, and pass drug screen
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Physical Demands:

  • Constantly position self to work on or under trucks
  • Frequently move equipment/parts up to 50lbs
  • Must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting, and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time
  • Must have sufficient vision and hearing to safely perform the essential functions of the position

Work Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed
