Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Provide high-quality patient care, assessing and treating patients of all ages.
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritizing patient needs and communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, recognizing and responding to changes in a patient's condition.
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or a valid compact state, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. ACLS and PALS certifications are also required within six months of hire. TNCC certification is required within two years of hire.
