Role Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to validate business and technical requirements, presenting optimal IGA solutions.
  • Exhibit excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate superior problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Develop workflows, rules, and custom connectors within the SailPoint IdentityNow framework.
  • Onboard applications into the SailPoint solution utilizing various connectors.
  • Support offshore teams in development, requirement analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Upgrade and enhance systems according to new releases and fulfill emerging requirements.
  • Integrate HR Systems and Active Directory effectively.
  • Implement technical solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements with minimal customization.
  • Oversee overall IGA product configuration and implementation.
  • Guide configuration in IGA solutions, demonstrating proficiency in recertification concepts.
  • Generate standard or customized reports based on business needs.
  • Take on a leadership role with prior experience.
  • Possess a solid understanding of operational processes.
  • Have experience in client-facing roles.
  • Work with international clients in previous positions.
  • Manage client relationships effectively.
  • Certifications in recognized IGA tools are preferred.
