- Guide configuration in IGA solutions, demonstrating proficiency in recertification concepts.
- Generate standard or customized reports based on business needs.
- Take on a leadership role with prior experience.
- Possess a solid understanding of operational processes.
- Have experience in client-facing roles.
- Work with international clients in previous positions.
- Manage client relationships effectively.
- Certifications in recognized IGA tools are preferred.
