Key Responsibilities

Implement selected components of patient interventions, obtaining data and making modifications as needed
Provide quality physical therapy services, including implementation of treatment plans
Produce accurate and timely documentation, communicating with team members as necessary
Educate and counsel patients on treatment and safety risks
Participate in team reassessments and discharge planning
