We offer a competitive salary range of $256,313.89 to $410,102.22, with opportunities for annual increases based on performance. Additionally, we provide a relocation package of up to $30,000, a sign-on bonus, and a retention bonus of 10% of annual salary at the 2-year mark. Our organization is also a PSLF eligible employer, offering student loan repayment assistance. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401K with employer contribution, disability, and 457(b) plans.
Responsibilities and Facility DetailsWe are seeking a Psychiatrist to join our team in a general medical hospital setting. The successful candidate will provide consultation-liaison services, work with an interdisciplinary team, and have 24/7 coverage by master's level clinicians. The Psychiatrist will see adults, adolescents, and children, with C&A Psychiatrists available for consultation. The schedule will include 7 days on, 7 days off, with hours from 7am to 7pm. Shared call coverage will be required when on rotation, but no Psych ED or IP Unit experience is necessary.
Qualifications and SkillsWe require a BC Psychiatrist or BE within three years of residency. Consultation-liaison fellowship is not required, but experience in Consult is necessary. Our hospital is located in Anchorage, Alaska, and we offer a unique opportunity to experience the great outdoors and a diverse community with over 100 different first languages spoken in the Anchorage School District.
