About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Technician to join our team at Recovery Solutions. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed nursing personnel in providing direct services to assigned residents, including health data collection, observations of behaviors and activities of daily living, and activities of daily living such as prompting, education, and support.
  • Assist residents in activities of daily living and personal hygiene, nutrition, rest, and exercise.
  • Take and record vital signs and participate in specific treatment interventions such as coping skills, anger management, and other self-regulating behaviors.
  • Provide individualized care and treatment that is consistent with and sensitive to the age and life span developmental needs of each resident.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One (1) year direct care experience in a mental health setting.
