About the Role

The Quality Talent Group is seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technician II Non-Certified OR Trauma Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety in the operating room.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the surgical team in preparing for and executing surgical procedures, including scrubbing in and maintaining a clean and safe surgical environment.
  • Obtain and prepare instruments and equipment as needed.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless execution of procedures.
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and organized operating room environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a Surgical Technologist Program (military Surgical Technologist experience may be considered in lieu of training program).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification provided by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.
