About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager Compliance Specialist to join our team at Solaris Solutions. As a key member of our strategy and planning department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of our EPM system, Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire strategy and planning process, ensuring compliance with guidelines, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Monitor process metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Design and implement processes, as well as maintain and update them to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the project and drive the implementation of our new EPM system, Oracle Cloud, including coordinating requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and training.
  • Provide support and guidance to relevant departments and ensure seamless integration with our process and system landscape.
  • Continuously focus on optimizing planning and control processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficient processes, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop measures to increase efficiency and research new system functions and process-related best practices.
  • Regularly produce reports and analyses on the planning and control process, identifying risks and opportunities and providing crucial information for management decision-making.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in leading complex projects.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with EPM systems, particularly Oracle Cloud.
