Neurophysiology Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to collect and analyze or oversee the collection and analysis of multiple types of recordings and measurements of the electrical activity of the central and/or peripheral nervous system.

• Apply knowledge in neuro-anesthesia and its effect on neuromonitoring.
• Apply knowledge in anatomy and neurophysiology relative to the monitoring being performed.
• Maintain knowledge and application of current practices in neuromonitoring, including reading of published literature and practice standards.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities required for multi-modality monitoring.
• Maintain continuing education requirements by ABRET and the company.
• Establish and maintain quality control methods for all monitoring performed.

• Bachelor's degree with a preference for healthcare or science majors.
• Certified EEG or EP technologist with 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.
