Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute all menu offerings, including seasonal and special items, adhering to established ticket standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen and dining areas by following detailed cleaning protocols and assisting with dishwashing and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the Kitchen Manager in managing food inventory levels and utilize prep sheets to ensure accurate preparation amounts.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and ingredients for each menu item effectively.
  • Adhere to all opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures as outlined by checklists and the Kitchen Manager.
  • Complete cleaning and food safety checklists to guarantee proper food handling practices.

Qualifications
