About the Job

CEFCU is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our indirect lending program, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealerships, promoting our services and products, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement relationship-focused sales strategies to increase indirect lending business
  • Represent CEFCU at functions and events to build relationships with dealerships
  • Advocate for dealerships by working closely with the lending team to maintain high standards for loan quality
  • Interview consumer loan applicants, cross-sell additional products and services, and participate in the attainment of individual and departmental/organizational goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year previous consumer lending experience
  • NMLS registration required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Applicable college courses and/or commensurate experience preferred
  • Previous experience in Dealer Direct Lending a plus
