Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our breakfast team as a breakfast attendant. As a breakfast attendant, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, serving guests with food and drink orders, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and well-stocked.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Set up the breakfast buffet table and ensure fresh items are stocked and available throughout service.
  • Serve guests with food and drink orders while they are in the dining area and replenish as necessary.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and buffet counter.
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have in a prompt and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and coworkers.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures is a must.
  • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service.
