**Laboratory Operations**

Staff Icons is seeking a skilled Histology Laboratory Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our laboratory. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and staffing the work activities of the laboratory during each shift to provide high-quality laboratory services to patients of all ages.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Organize and prioritize laboratory tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects

• Supervise and train laboratory staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties

• Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of laboratory services

**Qualifications:**

• Four (4) years' experience as a histotechnologist or in a related field

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
