Job Summary

The Clinical Therapist is a key member of our team at Hope Network, responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to individuals, families, and groups in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine needs and required level and frequency of medically necessary psychological services, as diagnosed.
  • Develop treatment plans, using person-centered processes by assisting persons-served in setting goals linked to addressing identified needs.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy using evidence-based therapy interventions.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and social support networks that provide support, friendship, love, and hope.
  • Perform transition planning and follow-up contact with persons served.
  • Identify emergency crises and make immediate clinical assessments and respond according to accepted crisis intervention methods and techniques.
Requirements
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree.
  • Valid Michigan Driver's License.
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or equivalent licensure.
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting, preferably with individuals, families, and groups.
