Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement manufacturing workflows in a high-precision production setting.
2. Utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to innovate and evaluate both new and existing machinery programs, tools, and fixtures.
3. Identify and document opportunities for process enhancements (including tooling, speeds, feeds, fixtures, and process documentation).
4. Create detailed job instructions and provide training to CNC machinists on manufacturing protocols.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Manufacturing preferred).

- Experience in CNC programming, tool-path generation via CAM, tool and fixture design, daily machine troubleshooting, and new product development.
- Familiarity with Okuma and Makino Milling Machines is advantageous.
