We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to fill the role of Field Training Manager at One Way Wireless Construction, Inc. This position is responsible for ensuring all Training & Safety requirements are met, including training classes, submission of paperwork, auditing job sites, enforcing safety standards, and participating in the development of training programs.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working at heights in the telecom industry, with the ability to travel overnight up to 75% of the time. They will also be available to work 1 weekend per month and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

The Field Training Manager will be responsible for certifying to a train-the-trainer level for required classes, maintaining knowledge of industry standards and regulations, and possessing basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail, are essential for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and submit a report on current employees
  • Coach employees in the field on the ground and on the tower
  • Participate in employee goal setting meetings

Safety and Training:

  • Perform in-field safety-related audits
  • Create all types of safety plans
  • Organize and inventory safety-related material
