Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and provide patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient care and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Mississippi
- BLS certification
- Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic medical records
