Position: Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with essential partners to synchronize financial and operational reporting
  • Formulate annual plans and monthly forecasts
  • Enhance forecasting methodologies and models
  • Generate ad hoc reports for improved insights
  • Provide assistance and training on financial systems
  • Refine existing PowerBI models

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Capability to collaborate across teams and management levels
  • Ability to meet deadlines with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred background in real estate
  • Experience with data tools such as ESSBASE or Google LOOKER
  • Skilled in visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau

The salary range for this position at Link is $83,000 - $102,000, influenced by various factors. Additionally, we provide benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid leave.
