Job Summary:

The Car Service Driver is a key member of our team at Relax & Company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and safe transportation to clients in the Sunapee, NH region and surrounding states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely Operate Company Vehicles: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Assist passengers with luggage, address special requests, and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain Vehicle Cleanliness: Ensure the vehicle is always clean and presentable for passengers.
  • Adhere to Schedules: Arrive at pick-up locations on time and maintain a punctual schedule throughout the day.
  • Communicate Effectively: Keep management informed of passenger status and any unforeseen issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Address current and potential customers with a positive attitude and empathy.
