Job Summary:

We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). This role will involve celebrating uniqueness, working in a purpose-driven company, and investing in the career path interests of our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support store operations, including customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
