Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Champion to establish and drive our Lean culture, utilizing tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Poka-Yoke to engage employees in waste elimination, cost reduction, and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive plan to drive business results using Lean principles and tools.
  • Design strategies to institutionalize the organization's knowledge of Lean and support its adoption across the company.
  • Analyze operating data to identify areas for improvement and set priorities.
  • Mentor and coach project leaders, managers, and superiors in the use and implementation of Lean principles.
  • Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen events, monitor Lean progress, and report results.
  • Develop and adapt methods, techniques, and procedures to meet new or unique requirements.
  • Manage and motivate employees to be proactive in problem-solving and deadline adherence.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, combined with reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and detail-oriented.
  • Agility to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong prioritizing and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in Lean or Six Sigma, preferably in print/direct mail and/or manufacturing.
  • Certification in Lean or Six Sigma, or equivalent training.
