Education and Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated K-8 Education Specialist to join our team at Braintrust Tutors. As a Tutor with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students by providing high-quality reading and math interventions.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring in reading and/or math to K-8th grade students, focusing on their individual needs and progress.
  • Implement evidence-based intervention programs according to provided guidelines, ensuring students receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed, maintaining detailed records of performance and progress using our reporting platform.
  • Communicate effectively with our Operations team and school staff to ensure a collaborative approach to student support.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A background in Education or a related field, with a strong foundation in curriculum development and instructional design.
  • An active Teaching License, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality, ensuring consistent and high-quality support for students.
