The Lead Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process at the site, ensuring that projects are executed in alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and timelines. Safety Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage safety protocols on the construction site, actively engaging in the safety program.
- Collaborate with the Safety Manager to establish site-specific safety objectives.
- Support and develop initiatives to motivate craft employees regarding safety practices.
- Implement incident prevention strategies as outlined in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) manual.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Define project goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the framework of corporate guidelines.
- Act as a liaison between the project team, senior leadership, and clients.
- Oversee and direct construction and field engineering operations.
- Coordinate with other contractors on-site to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enhance and maintain the company’s public relations image.
- Initiate and manage long-term organizational plans and schedules.
- Enforce company personnel policies and procedures.
- Develop and sustain an effective project staffing structure.
- Assess staff performance and conduct salary reviews.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and control of indirect costs.
- Monitor labor resources for availability and adjustments.
- Supervise field personnel and manage labor relations.
- Review subcontractor bids, approve contracts, and oversee contract completion.
- Handle financial aspects of projects and contracts to safeguard the company’s interests while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Oversee project close-out processes.
- Represent the company and site at both internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate corporate activities necessary to support project operations.
- As a member of the project team, ensure cohesive collaboration towards shared objectives, promoting interaction among all team members.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
A two-year Associate's degree in Construction Management or a four-year degree in Engineering or a related field is required.
Experience in industrial facility construction management is essential.
Additional Skills:
Advanced understanding of the construction industry and company operations is required. Experience in Project Scheduling or Cost Management is advantageous.
