Safety Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage safety protocols on the construction site, actively engaging in the safety program.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to establish site-specific safety objectives.
  • Support and develop initiatives to motivate craft employees regarding safety practices.
  • Implement incident prevention strategies as outlined in the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) manual.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Define project goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards within the framework of corporate guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between the project team, senior leadership, and clients.
  • Oversee and direct construction and field engineering operations.
  • Coordinate with other contractors on-site to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Enhance and maintain the company’s public relations image.
  • Initiate and manage long-term organizational plans and schedules.
  • Enforce company personnel policies and procedures.
  • Develop and sustain an effective project staffing structure.

  • Oversee project close-out processes.
  • Represent the company and site at both internal and external meetings.
  • Coordinate corporate activities necessary to support project operations.
  • As a member of the project team, ensure cohesive collaboration towards shared objectives, promoting interaction among all team members.

A two-year Associate's degree in Construction Management or a four-year degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

Experience in industrial facility construction management is essential.

Additional Skills:

Advanced understanding of the construction industry and company operations is required. Experience in Project Scheduling or Cost Management is advantageous.
