We're seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Panera Bread. As a key member of our cafe, you'll be responsible for baking fresh bread and pastries, maintaining high standards of quality and flavor, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment.

• Bake a variety of breads and pastries to meet cafe demands
• Maintain quality and flavor standards using 100% real ingredients
• Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as needed
• Support cafe operations and team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Passion for baking and commitment to food safety and health safety
• Ability to meet goals with limited supervision
