Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, utilizing the seven rights of medication administration.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition, including cardiac rhythms and respiratory distress.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
  • BCLS certification and ACLS required.
  • Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
