Shift Leader

We are seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees during a shift, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.

• Lead a team of employees during a shift, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively.
• Manage cash handling and inventory procedures.
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve their performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
