Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As an OR Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Circulate multiple service lines, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Urology, ENT, GI, Spine, Ophthalmology, and Podiatry.
  • Adapt to service lines involving total joints, trauma, sports medicine, laparoscopic procedures, and various specialized surgeries.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan, provide, and assess patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on self-care and post-hospitalization recovery.
  • Deliver compassionate care to a diverse patient population across various age groups.
  • Foster trust, respect, and cooperation among team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Support a healing environment through active listening and tailored communication.
  • Provide emergency response and on-call services as required.
  • Emphasize infection prevention strategies and safe patient care practices.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Operating Room
  • RN licensure
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS, STROKE certifications
  • OR circulator experience
