**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Instructional Professor to join our faculty in the Manufacturing Engineering Technology program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students, as well as engaging in departmental and institutional service.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Teach courses in manufacturing and metalcasting (9-12 credit hours per semester)
  • Coordinate workshop and seminar activities
  • Host the annual Investment Casting Institute conference at PSU
  • Engage in departmental and institutional service, such as committee work and support of departmental events or initiatives
  • Collect data and author the Foundry Education Foundation Self-Study report
  • Represent PSU as a FEF Key Professor

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Masters in Engineering Technology or a related field
  • Minimum three years of industry experience in manufacturing
  • One year of hands-on experience with metalcasting processes and equipment

**Salary:** The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
