At Inland Empire Paper Co., we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Control Specialist to join our team.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in materials/inventory control or a related field. A strong background in math and computer skills, particularly with MS Office and MRP/ERP programs like JD Edwards, is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing daily inventory control activities, purchasing and replenishing stock parts, pulling and receiving orders, requesting quotes, and other purchasing tasks. They will also audit inventory information for accuracy, interact with internal customers to provide excellent customer service, perform and review cycle counts, research and analyze discrepancies, and resolve them.

This position reports directly to the Purchasing Supervisor and requires the ability to work closely with peers to resolve inventory challenges and find solutions that improve the overall operation of the department and mill.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience and education, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, 13 paid holidays per year, and 2 weeks of vacation to start (pro-rated first year based on hire date).
