Job Summary

Grand Fitness Mgmt, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Overnight Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities to ensure a positive member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including restrooms, locker rooms, and fitness equipment.
  • Stock locker rooms with necessary supplies and paper products.
  • Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment to the facilities manager.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for lost and found items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the facilities manager.
Requirements
  • Custodial experience preferred.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.
  • Ability to work third shift (overnight) is required.
  • Honesty and a strong work ethic are necessary.
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
  • Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Demands
  • Continual standing and walking during shift.
  • Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling, and crouching during shift.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift over 80 pounds.
  • Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals.
