Job Title: Taco Bell Shift Leader - Operational Excellence
About the Role:
As a Shift Leader at Taco Bell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurants operate efficiently and effectively. This position is responsible for leading and coaching a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service, while also maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example and demonstrate a commitment to operational excellence
- Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage daily operations, including inventory management and cash handling
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills and accuracy with money handling
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in food service or leadership role preferred
Benefits and Compensation:
