Job Title: Primary Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our team at Evolve Treatment Centers. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual and family therapy sessions to adolescents and their families.

Evolve Treatment Centers is a leading provider of residential and outpatient treatment programs for teens. Our comprehensive DBT program is designed to equip adolescents with the skills and strategies needed to overcome mental health challenges and achieve a fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and family therapy sessions that adhere to DBT principles and utilize core treatment strategies
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in weekly DBT Consultation Team meetings to share knowledge and best practices
  • Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Qualifications
  • Current licensure as a therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) or registration as an associate (AMFT, ACSW, APCC)
  • Dedication to providing DBT adherently, as designed by Marsha Linehan
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
