Position Summary:

As a Home Health Caregiver PRN, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This position involves delivering personalized care and support to ensure the well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents in maintaining optimal personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor vital signs and provide bowel and bladder management assistance.
  • Ensure a safe and healthful living environment for residents.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with grocery shopping as directed by nursing staff.
  • Support residents with mobility and exercise routines.
  • Aid in medication management under the guidance of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
  • Collaborate with therapy personnel to facilitate rehabilitative processes.
  • Execute care plans as instructed by nursing staff and communicate any challenges encountered.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in a caregiving role.
  • Required certifications and licensure in accordance with state regulations.
  • Completion of a basic aide training program with certification.
  • Current CPR certification is necessary.
  • A valid state driver's license and a clean driving record are essential.
