JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking a Vice President of Operations for a large, innovative Ranch enterprise in Montana.

This individual will oversee Ranch company functions, primarily concentrating on enhancing quality and profitability from their Cow/Calf, Feedlot, and Beef Processing production operations.

They will supervise daily business activities and collaborate closely with the CEO to ensure that the organization is achieving its utmost potential.

This role involves providing guidance and support to additional Ranch operations, including but not limited to production and sales, real estate, and cow/calf, feedlot, and processing divisions.

This individual will foster and maintain a positive work environment that promotes creative solutions and effective strategies. They will lead the development of ROI and cash flow-oriented business plans. Oversee forecasts for supply and demand in conjunction with feedlot managers. This person will ensure top-tier operations while maintaining the company's structural integrity. They will conduct business in a profitable, sound, and ethical manner. Monitor market trends and keep product pricing competitive and profitable. Must be willing to learn about beef cuts and anticipate customer needs. Must be an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with a strong management team.
