We are currently seeking a skilled Formulation Mixer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our mixing processes.

Compensation:

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $19.14/hour, based on industry standards and the location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Mixing Products: You will be responsible for accurately following product orders to mix herbs according to precise formulas.
• Material Requesting: Request necessary materials from the warehouse as needed.
• Measurement and Transfer: Measure ingredients using scales or other measuring equipment and transfer mixed products into barrels, boxes, or containers.
• Product Labeling: Label finished products with correct part and lot numbers.
• Facility Preparation: Prepare products for transfer to another facility.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload products.
• Inventory Support: Assist in annual inventory activities.
• Ongoing Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Forklift Certification: A valid forklift certification is mandatory for this role.
• Product Mixing Experience: You should have prior experience with mixing products using measuring tools.
• Basic Math and Reading Skills: Strong basic math and reading skills are required for accurate measurements and record-keeping.
• Lifting Ability: You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality control.
• Work History: A stable work history is preferred.
• Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen: You must pass a background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
