Respiratory Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Blessing Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing a variety of respiratory care procedures.

• Perform ventilator care and manage patient airways
• Administer oxygen therapy and perform diagnostic procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patient respiratory status
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation

• Graduate of a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program
• Minnesota State License with the Board of Medical Practice
• Preferred certifications: NBRC, American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
