Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized education plans, and providing engaging therapy in both individual and group settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored education plans.
  • Therapy and Intervention: Provide high-quality therapy in individual and group settings to support student progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure student success and provide regular progress updates.
  • Documentation and Evaluation: Accurately document student outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal results.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid Colorado SLP license or ability to obtain.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
