- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Neurological Intervention and Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in emergency nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and teamwork.
- Experience working in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
- Knowledge of emergency nursing standards and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing patient care and communication.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
