Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists in the performance of pharmacy duties, including dispensing medications and processing prescriptions.
  • Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with patients and customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and customers to promote loyalty and retention.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of pharmaceuticals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain knowledge and skills in pharmacy operations and patient care.
Requirements
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
  • Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
