We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at the Lindner Center of HOPE. As a Food Service Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the food service operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve, collect, and transport food service supplies, equipment, and refuse as directed.
  • Sort and rinse dishes and silverware, operate and unload the dish machine, and store clean items.
  • Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to established cleaning schedules.
  • Empties trash containers regularly and maintains assigned work area in a safe and sanitary condition.
  • Maintains tray line and prep area by cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Basic food preparation as needed for daily meals.
  • Provides customer service to customers and guests using a POS register.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • Basic food knowledge and prior food service experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to read invoices.
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Must have strong customer service skills and demonstrate the ability to work efficiently.
