The Aptify Systems Analyst will work with minimal oversight, exercising considerable judgment in their role. This position is essential for supporting the MDRT environment and its users within the Aptify membership management system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The incumbent will independently manage tasks that require a comprehensive understanding of the Aptify system and the business processes at MDRT. The responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily operations within Aptify to maintain accuracy and uniformity.
- Investigating potential or reported issues to assess if a problem exists.
- Processing data files to and from Aptify, ensuring the correctness of outcomes.
- Developing Aptify views and reports to create files for various operational needs.
- Creating JIRA tickets to document any new issues identified within the Aptify system.
- Collaborating with Aptify personnel and the MDRT IT team to resolve all reported issues through the JIRA ticketing system, including reviewing, updating, and finalizing all assigned tickets.
- Evaluating documentation on system modifications and determining the appropriate testing approach for new or revised functionalities.
- Conducting system testing, which involves creating test data, executing tests for both standard and exceptional scenarios, documenting ongoing issues, and coordinating the implementation of final versions once testing is successfully completed.
- Monitoring the internal ticketing system to address new requests or issues raised by other departments.
- Providing support and training to both technical and business staff in understanding the functionalities of Aptify.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with the Aptify system is preferred; however, familiarity with a similar CRM or membership management system is acceptable.
- The ability to swiftly learn the Aptify system is vital for this position, with on-the-job training provided.
- Proficiency in database concepts to comprehend data structures is essential.
