Mixologist

At Rotolos Beach Pizza Management, we're seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

• Welcome and engage with guests, making them feel valued and cared for.
• Inform guests of daily specials and menu changes, and make personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into our point-of-sale system, and deliver orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and respond to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met and they feel satisfied with their experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and other drinks, according to our recipes and standards.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with servers and other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

• Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
• Excellent knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and serving techniques.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and to understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and maneuver trays of food, and perform other duties as required.
