Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of professional nursing care.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Document patient care and outcomes to ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program within 5 years of hire date.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
- One year of hospital nursing experience preferred.
- Master's in Nursing.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
